This could be a long story. It shall not. In brief.

Mac and OS X. Using the free-loving BSD roots for their software. Macs Suck. Except the BSD parts. Which is software.
And intel chips. Which macs used to hate till they got raped with the remains of the free market. That mac people hate too.
Mac people hate everyone. They're passive agressive about it, that's all.

Pop an external drive in, get it corrupted. Thank you editor's powerbook. You were so beautiful in your uselessness.

Nothing to save you, nothing at all. And my pretty silver external drive.

TestDisk. Free. As in Freedom. Download. Run on a thinkpad+debian GNU/Linux.

recognized everything. Repaired in one second.

Everything working. Laugh at mac people. Pathetic, but must be done. push the falling. Ridicule the weak.

Strange, how free thinking keeps proving itself superior.
Different logic and vision. Computers. Tools. Not beautiful. Junk. Must work. Must obey. Will be thrown out.
Never treated with love, only the idea behind them, the spirit that lives inside, the ghost in the machine.
My thinkpad is nameless and does not belong to me. Yet what it does for me is unique. Not valuably unique.
but it has a personality. For now. It will die and be replaced.
Human culture tainted by fear of the unknown, believe into the transcendental and forget today.
Computers are just tools. Fuck macs for that reason alone.

http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk

And TestDisk?
